Emily's classes are helping loosen up and strengthen areas of chronic weakness and tension. The overall flexibility and strength of my body, as well as my feelings of ease and fluidity, have increased dramatically since I started training with her. She is extremely responsive and professional and does structured reflection and feedback with students to maximize gains. I can't recommend her enough for those interested in moving and living to their bodies full potential!
