FreedomBody 15: WholeBody Mobility is a full body rebalancing and reboot to teach your body how to move and function at it's best.
We want all our muscles in our body and around our core working synergistically together. Whether it's a desk job or an activity like cycling, the end result of too much sitting is tight hips and weak core and glutes that can lead to stiffness, pain, and muscular imbalances.

Whats the course like?
The FreedomBody 15: WholeBody Mobility intensive is a mix of deep targeted stretching, yoga & mobility exercises combined with easeful strength training.
No matter how much stretching you do, if your TVA muscle and back aren't turned on and your skeleton isn't supported you will have posture challenges and chronically tight shoulders, hips, back and/or neck. So we start there, building your foundation and core support.
Targeted strength building in combination with mobility exercises and deep targeted stretching will give you the results that your body has been calling for! This unique combination will realign, relax and balance your body structure so you can decrease pain, up your athletic abilities and regain your full range of motion.
My overall flexibility and strength of my body, as well as my feelings of ease and fluidity, have increased dramatically since I started training with Emily. I can't recommend her enough for those interested in moving and living to their bodies full potential!

You have access to the class recordings to do on your own schedule
You can complete the course on your own time. However, to get the best results make this a daily practice! If you can't make it daily, It is best to not miss more than two days in a row. The classes are progressive and should be done in order starting with the intro series.
Everyone and all levels are welcome. Modifications will be given to accommodate different flexibility levels and the classes will build. So you will learn on the way! Remember the course comes with a half hour private session to get all your questions answered.
You will receive a list of props when you register. You will need a floor space that you can stretch out on. A yoga or exercise mat is preferable. Most of the other props can be found around your house. (if you want to purchase props we will be using yoga blocks and straps, but again you can substitute with things from your house)
Once you purchase the course is your to keep! You can redo the classes as often as you like.
