FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The 2022 Plant Based Spring Clean officially begins with our first coaching session on May 12th. The final coaching session is on June 14th

There are 5 live coaching sessions to support you through the Spring Clean.  Session recordings will be available if you can't attend live.   Sessions are on Thursdays at 5pm PST May 12-June 9.

You don't need a lot of experience here!  The recipes are fairly simple, but if you don't already cook there may be a small learning curve.  We are here to support you!  

There are smoothies on the menu, so you will want to have a good blender.  You will also want basic pots and pans and a sharp cutting knife.

Once you purchase the course, you can download all the materials and they are yours to keep!
